We hire professional property management firms to oversee our rental income and maintence issues. The fund will hold the properties for cash flow.

Phoenix Capital Fund - US objective is to hold the properties until they reach 2012 replacement value or greater. Meanwhile our investors will receive rental income that is distributed on a quarterly basis.

Once the property reaches the 2012 replacement value, we sell it on the open market using multiple sales channels and return the investors principal, along with the sales profit.
