We purchase one, two, and three bedroom garden-style town homes from US financial institutions at approximately 50% of their replacement value. The replacement value is the present construction cost of building a new identical unit.

We believe that when you purchase below replacement value, your principal is protected, because real estate prices typically will not stay below replacement value over the long term.
